In October 2021, Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies expanded its production capacity by opening a new manufacturing facility in Costa Rica worth $60 million USD. In July 2020, Haemonetics Corporation announced that it had entered into an agreement with Abénex to sell its full-owned subsidiary Inlog Holdings France SAS to the latter company. The transaction is projected to close by the end of the Third quarter of 2020.
